By booking our services, you acknowledge that:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• We reserve the right to accept, modify, or decline any booking when necessary
• Vehicle type or chauffeur may be substituted if required due to operational reasons
• Service may be adjusted in case of traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances

We always aim to deliver punctual and professional service, but external conditions may affect travel times.

2. Cancellations & Changes

To maintain scheduling efficiency:

• Cancellations made 12+ hours before pickup may be eligible for a refund or credit
• Cancellations made within 12 hours of pickup may be non-refundable
• Last-minute changes are subject to availability and may include additional charges
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount

We recommend making changes as early as possible to avoid penalties.

 3. Pricing & Payments

• All pricing is based on trip details provided at the time of booking
• Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, tolls, parking, or extra stops
• Payment confirms agreement to the quoted fare and service terms
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing if trip details are changed after confirmation

 4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate and complete booking information, including:

• Pickup and drop-off locations
• Flight details (if applicable)
• Number of passengers and luggage details

We are not responsible for delays or service issues caused by incorrect or missing information.

 5. Safety & Conduct Policy

To ensure safety and comfort:

• Drivers reserve the right to terminate service if passenger behavior is unsafe, illegal, or disruptive
• Smoking, alcohol abuse, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside vehicles
• Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during service
• Cleaning or repair fees may be applied if necessary

 6. Limitations of Liability

While we strive for punctual and reliable service:

• We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, accidents, or road closures
• We are not liable for missed flights, events, or appointments due to unforeseen delays
• Liability is limited strictly to the cost of the booked trip

We respect your privacy and only collect necessary information to complete bookings and improve service.
